Verkocht door: Rob de Boer. Omschrijving: This large table lamp by Temde Leuchten has a cool art deco design, but it was actually made during the 1980's. It consists of a round glass lamp shades that rests on wooden tripod base. The base is beautifully made, with marquetry accents just below the lamp shade.
The lamp shades also shows top quality, with yellow and white glass in two separate layers. Another nice detail is the on/off switch in the round black ball at the bottom of the base, between the tripod legs.
Dimensions: 44 centimeters (approx 17") tall, 30 centimeter (approx 12") diameter. Suited for one E27 light bulb, 100W max or LED. Als suited for both 110V and 220V grid, with EU-spec plug. All parts in perfect condition.
Temde Leuchten is known for many quirky designs and the excellent quality of their products. The company was founded in 1911 in Germany, by Fritz Müller. Overtime the company relocated to Seven in Switzerland, where it closed doors in 2000.
NOTE: I have 2 of these available. While they are a little bit different from each other (color of the legs) they do make a pretty pair.
